Wi-Fi

Thanks to built-in Wi-Fi, all recordings can be viewed with your smartphone or tablet. The images can easily be downloaded via the app to safely store or share any event. Via the app you can also change the settings, view live images and more.

Impact detection

With the built-in impact detection (G-sensor), the dashcam ‘feels’ when you have a collision, have to brake hard, have to swerve for another driver, and so on. Based on the built-in G-sensor, the dashcam makes recordings that are put in a digital safe. These recordings are therefore not overwritten by the normal recordings and can be found very easily.

Parking mode

Thanks to the optional Nordväl PMPC02 fixed power cable with battery monitoring function, you can continue recording in parking mode, without running the risk of an empty battery.

In parking mode you can choose from different recording options such as impact detection, motion detection and time-lapse recording.

Built-in GPS

The built-in GPS module makes sure that the driving speed is shown in each recording. Additionally it makes sure you can show the traveled route on the map while playing your recordings.

Front 140˚ + Rear 135˚ Wide Angle Lens

On both sides, the camera has a wide-angle lens with wide viewing angles of 140° degrees at the front and 135° degrees at the rear. This way you don’t have to miss any unexpected moments on the road.

H.265 HEVC video compression

All recordings are saved with the H.265 HEVC (High Efficiency Video Coding). This video encoding ensures that the recordings are compressed, but retain the 4K 3840P recording quality.

The dashcam does not record or suddendly stops recording.

Check the power supply and/or format the SD card in the camera or a computer.

How do I format the SD card and reset the camera?

While recording, the red LED flashes. Press and hold the WiFi button for 10 seconds to format the SD card. The LED will stop flashing and will light constant red. Once the LED starts flashing again, the SD card is formatted. The camera settings have now been reset to default.

I cannot find the dashcam in my WiFi settings.

Turn on the dashcam’s WiFi by pressing the WiFi button. The blue LED on the WiFi button lights up when the WiFi connection is enabled.

I cannot connect to the dashcam's WiFi.

.Disable the smart network switch on your smartphone and/or forget the WiFi
network of your dashcam from the WiFi settings and reconnect.

The WiFi disconnects automatically.

When you are connected to the dashcam via WiFi, it will automatically turn off after
a few minutes (when there is no app activity).

There are horizontal stripes in the recording.

Go to settings and adjust the frequency based on the power supply (60Hz or 50Hz).

My dashcam does not record in parking mode.

Check whether the parking mode is set correctly, or let an authorized installer check
the physical installation.

How can I change the WiFi password?

Open the app and go to ⚙️ “settings”. In the
menu, choose “Modify Camera WiFi”. Here you can view and/or change the WiFi data.

I forgot the WiFi password.

If you forgot your WiFi password, you can
format the dashcam and reset it to factory settings. The password will be then reset to the default password 12345678.
*Important: Save important recordings before formatting the SD card.

How long do I have a warranty on my dashcam?

We provide a 24-month warranty on all our products after purchase (with some exceptions). Unfortunately, we cannot treat products that have become defective due to improper use, fall damage, water damage, etc.

Klantenservice waar je blij van wordt

Na 2 jaar en 2 maanden dienst te hebben gedaan hield de dashcam ermee op.

De USB poort bleek defect.

Hoewel de garantietermijn inmiddels was verstreken stuurde TJM mij zonder discussie een nieuwe voor-camera.

Van een dergelijke service word ik erg blij!

Goede app en PC software met GPS info. Zeer goede beeldkwaliteit overdag maar nummerplaat lezen s’nachts is zo goed als onmogelijk.

Nadeel is dat de camera’s niet kunnen verwijderd worden met bijvoorbeeld een kliksysteem, ze zitten gekleefd op het raam. Ik heb zelf met GoPro tools de camera’s voorzien van een kliksysteem.

Heb deze via een actie bij AH gekocht. Had een probleem met de voedingskabel voor parkeerstand, ik kreeg gelijk een nieuwe opgestuurd. Ook heb ik een probleem met de voedingspoort gehad en dat is ook gelijk goed opgelost. Camera is ook erg goed en mooi en helder beeld.

Wir haben den HC104 Triple Spin am 19.5.22 gekauft. Die Beratung und Abwicklung war professionell und freundlich, Antworten kamen zeitnah. Die Lieferung war schnell und der Wischroboter kam gut und intelligent verpackt bei uns an, mit gut verständlicher Anleitung (ein paar kleine Übersetzungspointen ;))

Das Produkt ist wie in der Beschreibung. Es ist einfach zu bedienen und zu pflegen und funktioniert hervorragend. Nach mehreren Wochen im Einsatz sind wir begeistert und sehr zufrieden. Der Triple Spin übernimmt das eigene Wischen per Hand/Wischmob tatsächlich. Er arbeitet sehr leise. Die Pads sind einfach zu installieren, können auch bei Bedarf mit etwas Reiniger besprüht werden. Das Gerät ist leicht zu tragen. Der Triple Spin ist niedriger als sein Vorgänger und kommt deshalb besser unter Möbel. Wir sind bisher sehr zufrieden mit diesem Produkt und hoffen, dass sich dieser Eindruck noch sehr lange bestätigen wird.
