About your order

Payment

When paying for your order, you can choose from various payment options, such as iDEAL, PayPal, Bancontact and Sofort Banking.

All payments are made as simple and secure as possible.

If something goes wrong during checkout, you can simply place the order again.
We will then automatically cancel the unpaid order.

Delivery

For each product we indicate whether the product is in stock or not.

If ordered and paid for before 16:00, the order will be shipped the same day, and in most cases delivered the next working day (depending on destination). After shipment you will receive a Track & Trace code from us.
This Track & Trace is normally still active and can be followed the same evening.

If you want to order something that is not in stock according to our site, you can always contact us to inquire about the expected delivery time.

Return or exchange item

Do you want to exchange the ordered item or are you not satisfied with the item received? No problem, you can return the item to us.

  1. According to the Distance Selling Act, you have 14 days to change your mind after receiving the item. In these 14 days you have the time to consider whether you want to keep the order or return it.
  2. The costs for returning are for your own account, unless, for example, the product is delivered incorrectly or defectively by us. Returning is at the risk of the sender.
  3. Download the return form here, you can add it in the box when returning, so that our returns department can complete it as quickly as possible.
    The box can be sent to the following postal address:
    TJM Supplies B.V., Zompstraat 8, 8102HX Raalte in the Netherlands.
  4. We will refund your money to your account within 14 days of receiving your package. For the refund, we use the same payment method that you used to pay for the item.
  5. We reserve the right to refuse your return if it does not meet our return conditions. See our terms and conditions.

Warranty

We provide a standard 24 month manufacturer’s warranty after purchase on all our products. The warranty covers virtually any defect or problem, with very few exceptions.
Exceptions include products that have become defective due to incorrect use, fall damage, water damage, etc.
