Via the app you can make 3 voice recordings, of a maximum of 10 seconds each. Is the doorbell ringing but you cannot open the door or are you not located to have a conversation? Then play the voice notification with 1 push of a button so that the visitor knows what to do.

Storage of images without subscription
The video doorbell comes standard with a 32GB micro-SD card.
All recordings are stored here. You can view the images and copy them to your smartphone or tablet, wherever you are.

1. The doorbell only works on 2.4 GHz WiFi, not 5 GHz WiFi.
2. The Wi-Fi signal is not strong enough, try to keep the video doorbell close to the Wi-Fi router during setup.
3. The Wi-Fi password is wrong. Check if the password contains special characters or if the network is specially encrypted.
Consult your router’s user manual or call your internet service provider for help.
The Nordväl SH101 does not support Google Home or Alexa.
You can view the video doorbell anywhere, as long as your doorbell is connected to the internet and you are connected to the internet on your smart device. This does not have to be on the same network.
The doorbell supports SD card storage, but also cloud storage. You can activate the cloud storage service in the app.
As soon as the memory card is full, the doorbell automatically overwrites the oldest images.
Check the network connection of your smart device and the Wi-Fi router. If the network signal is not strong enough, you may need to place your router closer to the video doorbell or use a WiFi amplifier.
Yes, you can adjust the sensitivity or disable motion detection in the settings menu.
A battery charger is not included. Charge the batteries with a USB compatible charger (5V 1A ~ 2A) for approximately 8-10 hours.
Yes, you can activate more than one device at the same time in the app.

Installation

Remove the wall mount by pushing from the back

Mark the screw positions to mount the bracket. Drive the screws into the plugs or directly into the wall until the bracket is securely attached to the wall

Optionally, you can use the double-sided tape supplied by us instead of screws
4
Attach the video doorbell to the mounting bracket. Make sure it clicks properly into the bracket. Secure the video doorbell with the supplied star-shaped security screw and screwdriver
