FAQ
The device does not turn on
Check if the battery is empty.
Fully charge the battery and restart the robot.
The device is not charging
Check that the power adapter meets the specifications.
Check that the power adapter is connected correctly.
Remote control not working
Check that the robot is charged and turned on.
Replace the batteries in the remote control with new ones.
The remote control does not work while charging.
Check that the remote control is not 5 m or more away from the robot.
The robot is not working
Check if the robot is turned on after charging.
Press the control button for 2 sec. and check if it turns on.
Check the battery level or errors via the LED light.
The robot does not work normally during cleaning
Clean the sensors (see page 22 of the product manual)
Check that the mops are properly attached to the mop pads.
Motive or cleaning force is weak
Check if the water tank and the mops are installed correctly. (See p.18 of the product manual)
If the mop or the bottom of the main unit is too wet, remove the moisture and restart.
Check if any unwanted substances, such as a long rope, get stuck in the water supply mop set or mop guide set.
The robot mop is only suitable for indoor floors.
The robot makes more noise than normal
Check if any unwanted substances get into the rotating parts of the device.
Loose screw of the rotating plate can cause noise.
The battery life is too short
Charge the battery fully and check the battery level indicator. (see p.17 of the product manual)
If the battery is completely empty, the robot’s operating time may be affected.
