FAQ
The device does not turn on
Check if the battery is empty.
Fully charge the battery and restart the robot.
The device is not charging
Check that the power adapter meets the specifications.
Check that the power adapter is connected correctly.
Remote control not working
Check that the robot is charged and turned on.
Replace the batteries in the remote control.
The remote control does not work while charging.
Check that you are within range of the robot mop, less than 5 meters.
The device does not turn on
Check if the robot is turned on after charging.
Press the control button for 2 sec. and check if the device turns on.
Check the battery level or error codes via the LED light.
The appliance does not function normally during cleaning
Clean the detection sensors (see page 23 of the product manual)
Check that the mop attachments are correctly attached.
Displacement or cleaning power is weak
Check if the mop or sets are installed correctly (see p.18 of the product manual)
If the mop or the bottom of the robot is too wet, remove the excess water and restart.
Remove any unwanted substances, such as hair, that have ended up in the robot mop.
Tighten the screw of the water tank on the bottom of the robot firmly. (see p.20 of the product manual).
The robot mop is only suitable for indoor floors.
The sound is louder than normal
Check if any unwanted substances remain in the rotating plate of the device.
A loose screw of the rotating plate can cause noise.
The operating time is too short
Charge the battery fully.
When the battery is completely discharged, it may affect the usage time.
Check if the LED light flashes red during charging.
If the LED light flashes red, the battery is probably functioning abnormally. Turn off the device and contact customer service.
How long is the warranty on my robot mop?
We offer a 24 month warranty on all our products after purchase (with some exceptions). Unfortunately, we cannot handle products that have become defective due to improper use, fall damage, water damage, etc.
Activate dark floor mode
1 First connect the device to the power adapter.
2 Press the direction keys on the remote control in the following order.
Up, Left, Right, Up — The mode is activated after an audible signal is emitted.
3 Then you can use the mopping robot on dark floors.
(Please note that fall detection sensors are disabled in this mode)
4 Once you turn the Robot Mop off and on again, it will return to the original settings.
