With the SH102 Cloud camera, you won’t miss a moment. The camera comes standard with a 32GB SD card of internal image storage. This way you can easily secure the garden, driveway, garage or shed. It is weather resistant and with the built-in battery the camera can be hung anywhere. The camera has Full HD 1080p recording quality with a viewing angle of 90 degrees, motion detection and night vision.


The camera is weather resistant and equipped with a IP66 certification. This means that it can withstand heavy rainfall and weather conditions. Even at temperatures from -20 to +45 degrees Celsius, it functions without problems. With the SH102 you have the ideal outdoor camera at home.

Leave voice notifications

Is the doorbell ringing but you cannot open the door or are not at home? With 1 press of a button you can easily play a voice notification, so that the visitor knows what to do.
Via the app you can make 3 voice notifications of up to 10 seconds each.

Storage of images

The Nordväl SH102 comes standard with a 32GB micro SD card. Via the app you can view the recordings and copy them to your smartphone or tablet, wherever you are.

Would you rather have the recordings stored in the Cloud and not on the SD card? Then simply take out a Cloud subscription (optional) via the app.

Easy to install

The camera is easy to install with the included mounting materials. Attach the holder to the desired location with 3 screws.
Then tighten the camera onto the holder.

I cannot set up the cloud camera on my Wi-Fi network.

1. The doorbell only works on 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, not 5 GHz Wi-Fi.

2. The Wi-Fi signal is not strong enough, try to keep the camera close to the Wi-Fi router during setup.

3. The Wi-Fi password is wrong. Check if the password contains special characters or if the network is specially encrypted.

How do I know if I have 2.4GHz or 5GHz Wi-Fi?

Consult your router’s user manual or call your internet service provider for help.

Does the camera work with Google Home or Alexa?

The Nordväl SH102 does not support Google Home or Alexa.

Can I only view my camera when I am connected to the same Wi-Fi network, or can I view it from anywhere via the internet?

You can watch the video anywhere, as long as your camera is connected to the internet and you are connected to the internet on your smart device. This does not have to be on the same network.

Are the recordings stored in the cloud? Or are they stored on the SD card?

The camera supports SD card storage, as well as cloud storage. You can activate the cloud storage service in the app.

What happens when the SD card is full?

Once the memory card is full, the camera will automatically overwrite the oldest images.

Why is the Wi-Fi connection disconnected?

Check the network connection of your smart device and the Wi-Fi router. If the network signal is not strong enough, you may need to move your router closer to the camera or use a WiFi booster.

Can motion detection be turned off?

Yes, you can adjust the sensitivity or disable motion detection in the settings menu.

Is a battery charger included?

A battery charger is not included. Charge the batteries with a USB compatible charger (5V 1A ~ 2A) for approximately 8-10 hours.

Can I use 2 or more cloud cameras in the same house?

Yes, you can activate more than one device at the same time in the app.

How long do I have a warranty on my camera?

We provide a 24-month warranty on all our products after purchase (with some exceptions). Unfortunately, we cannot treat products that have become defective due to improper use, fall damage, water damage, etc.
